Beth’s laid back, easy to talk to personality makes her a perfect fit for both buyers and sellers, because she will listen to their needs and wants, and she will work tirelessly to help them find their new home. She is all about creating lasting relationships and connections with her customers. Whether they are first time buyers, purchasing a second home, downsizing or relocating, Beth is excited to help her clients going through the Real Estate process while also making a difference in people’s lives.

Her involvement in both the community and in many of the local schools allow her to give expert advice to help ease any parent’s mind when moving with school aged children. Having gone through the relocation process herself with her family, Beth understands the process and will help you make a smooth transition to the Sunshine State.

Beth believes her many successes in life are a direct result of playing soccer at the Division I level for Illinois State University because it was there that she learned about hard work, determination, teamwork, and dealing with adversity. She is still very involved with the program, and recently was awarded the Outstanding Alumni Award. She is proud of her midwestern roots from growing up in Chicago, Illinois.

Beth lives in Palm Harbor with her husband Jack, their two teenagers, Zack and Marion, their two dogs, and more recently, their 5 backyard chickens. In her free time, Beth enjoys working out, walking the dogs, and reading. You will most likely find her watching their son on the golf course, watching their daughter play volleyball, or on a boat enjoying everything the gulf has to offer.
